Aluminum Alloy Arched Skylight

The arched aluminum alloy skylight uses a continuously curved frame profile produced by precision bending of high-strength aluminum alloy extrusion, creating a smooth, facet-free arc that follows the geometry of the host roof surface or vaulted ceiling structure. The arched frame geometry provides an inherently efficient structural form that distributes loading evenly across the curved span with minimal material, enabling large-span installations without heavy secondary structure.

Glazing is fitted to the curved frame using purpose-designed curved glazing gaskets and structural sealant formulated for curved contact surfaces, ensuring continuous, gap-free waterproofing along the full length of each glazing panel. The arched form sheds rainwater rapidly along the curve to the perimeter drainage channel, and the frame material's high corrosion resistance ensures long service life without surface deterioration.

Custom dimensions, chord depth, and span widths are available to match the host structure geometry, and the arched skylight can be specified for both fixed and operable configurations.
