When closed, precision-machined sealing strips press continuously against the frame around the full perimeter of each sash panel, creating a weatherproof and acoustically effective barrier that performs comparably to a conventional fixed window of the same glazed area. The folding hinge system uses load-rated, corrosion-resistant components selected for tens of thousands of operation cycles without lubrication or adjustment.

The profile finish is anti-corrosion treated for long-term outdoor durability. Glazing options include clear tempered glass, insulating glass, and tinted variants to suit shading and privacy requirements. The number of panels and individual sash width can be configured to match the opening width and desired stacking arrangement on one side.
